母親綠卡I-485補充材料應該寄到哪個地址, 謝謝！

收到移民局的信讓補充新的體檢表（去年的已過期）和無犯罪記錄證明，信最後寫著“you are granted a period of 84 days from the date of this letter to mail the requested documents with this letter to the address listed above. 可是看完整封信隻有右上角的U.S. Department of Homeland security 的地址，San Jose Field Office, 1450 Coleman Ave. Santa Clara ,CA 95050, 想確認一下就是寄往這個地址嗎？謝謝
