8老師，專家們請教了，申請移民時是離婚狀態，後來再婚應該屬於哪一類？

8老師，懂行的專家請教了，我一親戚，他父母美國公民，2008年給他申請移民時，他離婚狀態，以美國公民21歲以上未婚申請，

4年前複婚，又提交了其妻的申請，得到批準。

問題是，他現在屬於哪一類呢？未婚還是已婚呢？
