請教：誰有親自到Buffalo遞交/領取加國移民簽證的經曆？

信上關於遞交護照有如下一段：
"Submit your passport in person:
Passport may only be brought in or picked up on Tuesdays and Thurdays between the hours of 1:30 and 3:00 PM.
........
Permanent resident visas will not be issued the same day the passport is brought in. Every effort will be made to have your passport ready to be picked up on the following Tuesday or Thurday."

我不清楚這裏”following Tuesday or Thurday“如何理解？
A：這星期二送進去，這星期四可取。
或
B：這星期二送進去，下星期二可取。

因為要訂機票，所以想盡量提前搞清楚。
