我以前EB-2, I-140
去年EB-3從新I-140，到I-485, 體檢了，打了指紋。後來排期倒退。
現在EB-2排期到了，我的理解，EB-2需要交I-485, 或者RELINK，體檢過期要再做。
-Not need to do the physical exam again if you request I-485 interfiling unless USCIS send you RFE.
可律師說什麽都不必做。最多按要求提交雇傭證明，工資單。
不小的事務所，我還是跟他們大頭聯係的。難道我理解有問題？
-Based on USCIS Memo (the Pearson Memo of 2000), you need to request the I-485 interfiling in writing though sometimes USCIS may do it automatically for you.
