公司律師的觀點是，公司不願承諾加工資到wage1. 如果用wage1遞交485,公司就有責任加到wage1. 他們不願這樣。
這就是公司律師不願意冒風險485的原因.
-If they want to file a new PERM, they may open another PERM position for you and use the new prevail wage from DOL for this new position to meet the salary they can afford to you. It should be easy to open a new position with new prevail wage. You can use the priority date of the old I-140 for the new I-140.

我的跟進問題。

USCIS將來會檢查我的公司我的工資有沒有提高到wage1嗎？

 

如果將來工資沒有加到wage1.公司會擔什麽責任嗎？

 

我可以自己提交485嗎？我手上有140 approval 的複印件。

如果可以，是不是公司隻要支持，律師就沒有權利不讓我提交呢？

 

我需要140 approval的原件提交485嗎？
