公司律師的觀點是，公司不願承諾加工資到wage1. 如果用wage1遞交485,公司就有責任加到wage1. 他們不願這樣。
這就是公司律師不願意冒風險485的原因.
-If they want to file a new PERM, they may open another PERM position for you and use the new prevail wage from DOL for this new position to meet the salary they can afford to you. It should be easy to open a new position with new prevail wage. You can use the priority date of the old I-140 for the new I-140.

我如果換公司可能保留已經批準的PERM和I140嗎？
-No. You only can use the priority date for your new I-140 from another employer.
