Hi teacher 8,

Below is the detail info:

My Dad: the petitioner of my I-130. Been reported as one of my sisters dependents. No income

My Sister: House keeper, report joint income with her husband. my dad is listed as her dependent.

My brother in law: husband of my sister, householder and report joint income with my sister.

Me: I-130 beneficiary of my dad.

I know my dad needs to fill out a I-864 for my sponsorship but he has no income. My brother in law agree to be the co-sponsor of my I-485 application.

What type of form does he(my in-law) need to fulfill?

I-864A since my dad and my in-law is under same residency?
or I-864 since my in-law and I are not relatives.
-File I-864A with your father's I-864, and provide the copy of jont-tax return and W-2 of 2014.
