請教8老師，我父母2014年1月體檢， 5月遞交綠卡申請，9月收到notice of potential interview waiver case. 說是pending delay6個月. 今天收到另一封信， 說是移民體檢已過期，需重新體檢， 包括免疫接種。您說， 這個過程對嗎？我以為隻要上繳時所有資料都在有效期內就可以了。
-The officer may be confused in his/her mind, but you can not argue with them, anyway, and have to provide what they ask. So, just do it again, but some results of the vaccines may still can be used. Talk to the Dr., and the Dr. knows what items is not needed to re-do.
