去年問過8老師，我六年前結婚， 他是美國人。在等I-751 過程中，一次吵架，他撤銷I-751，沒有告訴我。導致我麵臨移民法庭。我們又一起file I-751. After that, he threated to withdraw I-751 again, and had very bad attitude. I filed divorce, and hired a lawyer to terminate my immigration case, but insist on divorce. We signed agreement on separation on this March, but last week, I got my ten-year green card without interview. My lawyer told immragtion judge and field officer that I filed adivorce. Do you think that I can keep my green card? Thanks
-Yes, your green card has no any problem, and your spouse can not do anything to you. Your marriage has maintained for about six years and this has proved very much  that your marriage had no fraud at all, so don't worry about anything.
