請問各位老師關於DS-260的一些問題

F4親屬移民，主受益人填DS-260，準備近期預約簽證；隨從受益人目前在美國F1學生身份，目前不回國，準備申請OPT：

Children section: Is this child immigrating to the U.S. at a later date to join you?
                            YES or NO?
Social Security Number section: Do you want the Social Security Administration to issue a Social Security number and a card?
                                                   YES or NO? 
關於ssn這個，難道不是移民們都需要ssn嗎？應該選yes吧？請老師們解釋一下選yes和no都會帶來什麽問題。
