請問各位老師，父母旅遊簽證入境，等綠卡。但是旅遊隻有180天期限。
1。是不是隻要485的材料交上去，收到485的收據就可以合法在美國了？

2。電子收據比郵寄的收據快，是從收到的電子收據那時就可以算嗎？
-No electronic filing available for I-130 and I-485.

3。一般材料郵寄出去多久可以收到收據？
-About 3 weeks.
4。用什麽郵寄方式最快？
-Overnight Express 

因為我還在等公民麵試。如果180天到，我還沒有等到公民紙，他們可能要延期b2
-Not necessary. Their overstay does not affect their green card application.


5。b2延期要提前多久開始申請？

6。b2延期要些什麽材料

7。能不能在公民紙下來前把他們的綠卡申請先郵寄好早拿到收據然後再補寄公民紙，這樣爭取時間？
