正在填485表，準備5月初寄出。

04年來美國在中國得到的f1 visa, 之後換了opt 和3次h1b直到現在。 09年去加拿大開會，回美國時持有效的I797入境，美國移民官讓填I94卡，得到一個新的I94卡號碼，問題是：

（1）485表上讓填(a)Nonimmigrant Visa Number (b)Consulate where visa was Issued (c) date visa Issued
-It seems you have never visit China to get a new visa to renter US, right? If so, you need to put F-1 visa information there which is the only visa you used to enter US. But because your last entry was from Canada, you need to provide your H-1 I-94 information there which you got when you reentered US from Canada (美國移民官讓填I94卡，得到一個新的I94卡號碼).

從加拿大回美國時不需要Visa，哪怎麽填？

如果填04年的f1 visa的話， h1b也是非移民簽證呀？
-No problem, USCIS will find that you reenter US using the Visa Automatic Revalidation rule.

 如果填09年時有效的h1b的話，visa number 又怎麽填？隻有一個號碼wac-##-###-#####.
如果填none 的話（論壇上有人討論），會不會造成歧義呢？

（2）485表上讓填 give your name exactly as it appears on you form i-94, arrival-departure record
我的f1 visa 和從加拿大回來時的i-94上名字的拚寫是 LAO WU WANG (王老五），first name中間有空格，也不知道什麽原因造成的； 其他的h1 i-797a, H1 i-94, 護照，EAD等證件上都是對的 即 LAOWU WANG. 也就是不同的i-94上名字有差異。哪我該怎麽填？
-Just put "LAOWU WANG", and USCIS knows Chinese name well.
