1. 請問F2（dependent，不是full-time student）轉F1（Freshman） 同一所學校，是否要換簽證才能在今年秋季注冊課程？
-Not need, but you can not attend the school until USCIS approve your F-1 status.
必須要離境回國簽證嗎？
-No, but if you leave US, you need to get the F-1 visa to come back.
F2簽證已經過期，但是F2 status有效至2017年。
2. 現在是F1，曾有J1經曆，未waiver， F1畢業時找工作前要先waiver才可以嗎？
-You can work with F-1 OPT after graduation, but you need to get the J-1 waiver if you want to get the H-1 to work or apply for green card in the future.
