請問8老師：排期五月排到, 正準備file I485, 關於criminal history的一些問題

詳情見我以前的帖子， 這裏給您綜述一下先：

1. 我去年12月因domestic disturbance有arrest record, 當時並未傷人, 但驚嚇到小孩. Sheriff's Office的initial charge是disorderly conduct (Class B misdemeanor. penalties: a fine not to exceed $1000 or imprisonment not to exceed 90 days, or both), Human Services聽取警方匯報後決定不需介入.

我雇了criminal defense attorney, 從DA Office在arraignment之前得到pre-charging Deferred Prosecution Program(DPP)的offer letter, 於是同意並和Deferred Prosecution Unit(DPU)正式簽訂一個為期一年的contract(到今年年底結束), 其中規定我必須參加parenting class和定期向DPU officer交essay assignments(相當於思想匯報)再加上不能再犯同樣愚蠢的錯誤. 所以我從未出庭見過judge, DA Office也至今沒正式charge我.

如果我能順利完成, 則my case will be dismissed without any charge. 否則, DA Office will charge me with disorderly conduct (same as initial). 故目前我的現狀是有arrested without charge and conviction but with a pre-charging DPP. 我的parenting class已正式順利完成, 已從therapist手中拿到一個正式結束證明. Essay assignment也定期準時呈交到DPU. 如不出意外, DPP應該可於年底順利完成.

2. 現在因老婆EB2 PERM排期排到, 打算下月遞交I485. 也谘詢過眾多移民律師, 大部分律師都說我可以DIY, 而且他們也沒興趣接我的案子幫我申請I485(可能覺得case太小). 8老師也建議過我先自己遞交, 如實匯報arrest事實並收集文件來解釋這次 arrest, 如移民官一定糾纏不放再找個律師求助也不遲.

我基本上決定這樣做, 但現有如下問題:

我現在收集到有關我case的材料有以下:

Sheriff's Office: Police Report and Sheriff's Office Receipt for Bond/Bail/Fine with initial charge

DA Office: DPP Offer Letter and Contract, (還打算再和我的DPU officer聯係一下讓她再給我出一個official letter說明一下我的DPP和我的進展現狀)

Court: None (因為我拿得是一個PRE-CHARGING的DPP, 從未出庭, 我律師說我的案宗還在DA Office, 根本沒遞交到Court)

Therapist: Official Letter to prove I have finished counselling.

這些文件是否足夠說明I485中的Initial Evidence的1. Criminal history的情況(instruction那裏的ABCD好像都是遞交到Court過並已經定案的情況, 我這種DPP的情況並無具體說明). 非常感謝!
