父母是綠卡持有者，但因病回中國手術，離開美國時一因匆忙，二因不確定是否健康狀況還回得來美國，所以沒有辦白皮書（都是我的錯！）。現在已離開美國將近兩年，身體健康狀況不錯，非常渴望重回美國。這種情況美國海關會放人入境嗎？
