One more question:
Is there a chance that USCIS will compare I 485 package (including G325A) with my most recent H1b visa application outside of the US, please? (it is digital world now you know, and sharing data is technically easy.)
-G-325 is for background check only,  irrelevant to your status gap/illegal work.
