1。朋友如果申請成功，她是可以為勞工和孩子辦理親屬移民的，對吧？
-Right for the child > 21, but her spouse can apply for the immigration visa together with her to enter US to become a green card holdewr (not need 辦理親屬移民).

2。親屬移民類，對孩子的年紀是沒有限製的，對吧？
-Right as long as the child does not get the married. If the child wants to get married during the I-130 pending (F2B category), the mother has to be a US citizen before the child get married.
