（1）申請人必須有意向在美國找工作，如何證明？工作申請？
-Had better find a job and get the job offer letter.

（2）孩子如果過了21歲的坎，也可以帶上。
-Not really true. If the child is > 21 when filing EB-1A I-140, the child can not be qualified for the green card application together with the parent.

但是，好像需要未婚，對吧？

（３）臨時綠卡辦下後，是否本人和受益人（如孩子，老公）在美國呆若幹年？
-There is not 臨時綠卡 for EB-1A, which is always permanent card.
