Teacher 8 or anyone, Can I answer "no" for the question " do you

Hello all,

I am the derivative of F4 beneficiary. The beneficiary has got notice from Guanghzou consulate asking her to be prepared for the immigration visa interview. I was wondering when I am applying for a job, whether I am able to answer "no" for the question" do yo need sponsorship in the future"? A no would definitely improve the possibilities of getting hired.  I know there is no 100% guarantee on getting the visa, but there is very high possibility. I would say that I am not lying on that. 

Please help and feel free to get me any advice and recommendations.
