請問8老師，我們EB2 485排期快到了.丈夫目前用TN工作。現正逢換工作。拿到新TN後，多久他可申請485?

因為TN是非移民簽證。怕移民官覺得時間那麽近，申請TN時是在欺騙。

我該等他一起申請485,還是應該我和孩子先申請，以後再加上他?
