我的PD(EB2申請的）是2011年12月，去年降級到EB3，所以交上了485。 後來收到485收據時發現弄錯了，還是打印的EB2。律師給移民局發信要求糾正過來，但是一直沒有結果。
-Contact USCIS by calling or visiting local office to make sure the mistake has been corrected (it is very important).

現在最新5月份EB2排期遠遠反超EB3, 請指教我該怎麽辦合適。萬分感謝。
-When the PD of EB-2 I-140 is current, then you just write a letter to request USCIS to do the I-485 interfiling (i.e. relink from EB-3 to EB-2). Thus, USCIS will approve your I-485 either based on your EB-2 or EB-3 I-140, depends on which I-140 PD is current.
