我孩子去年11月份遞交了H4轉換F1申請（因為還有6個月我孩子就滿21周歲了），馬上五個月了還是pengding狀態，現在我的NIW排期到了，需要遞交485了，聽說一旦遞交了485如果轉換簽證，則孩子就不能在作為我的dependent拿綠卡了？是這樣的嗎？
-Not true. As long as your child CSPA age is less than 21, he/she can file I-485 as your derivative. Of course, he/she has to have a valid status. His/her status is still H-4 during the F-1 pending before your I-485 is approved if your status is H-1 now.

還是可以用孩子H4轉換F1申請的收據來遞交485？

-Normally the F-1 application will not be approved (will be denied) after filing I-485 due to immigration intent, but it does not matter because your child still can legally stay and study in US with the I-485 pending (adjustment of status). If USCIS approve her pending F-1 application accidently, then her status is F-1 during the I-485 pending (it will not affect I-485 approval). By the way, she can not leave US in any case during the I-485 pending unless she has advance parole.

Only if she uses an F-1 or B-1/B-2, etc. visa to reenter US from outside US (assume the CBP officer accidently allow her to enter US in this case), then her pending I-485 will be invalid.
