如果140approval後公司laid off，過了一段時間公司破產了，那USCIS會不會因為公司破產而revoke

-Normally no, but that I-140 is not useful even if not revoked because you even can not use it to extend your H-1 beyond the 6 year limit. Of course, you still can keep the priority date for your future I-140 even if it is revoked due to 公司破產.
