I-290B也適用I-90的reopen 嗎？ 好像沒有提到啊。
$630, 那麽貴？ 還不如重新再申請I-90？file了I-290B， 什麽時候可以打指印呢？
另外， 30天之內來不及reopen 怎麽辦？
