我的實際年齡已經超過21周歲了，但是當時繳費時已經交了我的那一份，而且今天收到的email， case裏也提及了我的名字和信息。我根據您說的CSPA年齡，到這個網頁算了一下http://www.immihelp.com/immigrant-visa/cspa-calculator/，但是不知道是否準確。我不確定approval date是否就是notice date還是receipt date，而且visa bulletin current date我也不確定，希望8老師能幫忙查一下。 謝謝！
-Your CSPA age = your actual age at the time when the priority date is current - the I-130 pending time
Note:
"priority date is current" = 排期到 ;   and I-130 pending time = the I-130 approval date - I-130 receipt date (you can find these two dates on the I-130 approval notice).
