很快要失業了。現有一個part-time job的機會, 也是在大學裏做統計做研究,和EB1A-I140申請的方向一致。但不知道485會不會因為part-time和低pay rate而被拒。

485有沒有full-time part-time,pay rate方麵的要求啊？多謝
-You had better have a full-time job, or ask your employer to give you an employment letter addressing that they will offer you a full-time position after you get the green card if USCIS send you RFE for your employment status. But because your I-140 is EB-1A, if you can not get a full-time job or the letter, you may just respond to the RFE by stating that you will continue to work in your field after you getting the green card (i.e. proposal of work).
