我的H１b將於５月３１日滿６年期。去年１１月我遞了NIW的I１４０，現在還在焦急等待。以前聽說H１b將到期可以辦加急，但在USCIS找了一圈，沒有見到這樣的說明，現在到底還有沒有這個政策嗎？
-You can use premium processing for H-1 petition, but not for NIW I-140.

-You can not extend your H-1 beyond the 6-year limit unless your NIW I-140 is approved before the 6-year H-1 expires. I suggest you to go back to China in the early of May (if your I-140 is not approved), and stay in China until your I-140 is approved. Then, ask your employer to extend your H-1 beyond the 6-year limit and use premium processing to get it approved in 15 days, then you can apply for the H-1 visa to come back using the new H-1 approval notice.
