我的PD 是2011 三月， 去年從EB2 DOWNGRADE 到 EB3.

下個月EB3排期是退回到 2011/1 ， EB2 則是前進2011/4.

我兩周前交了485 REF 回複材料，網上顯示收到。

到目前為止 485 還沒動靜。



我想下個月馬上RELINK到EB2,

我的擔心是EB2 再過一個月萬一又倒退到比EB3 前麵很多時間， 我是否能回到EB3?
-You don't need to worry about the EB-3. After you do the I-485 interfiling/relink, your I-485 will be approved based either EB-2 I-140 or EB-3 I-140, depends on which I-140 PD is current. That means one I-485 for two I-140s.
