回答: 綠卡申請材料被退回，緊急求助 由 NJR84 於 2015-03-24 16:55:38

我作為公民給媽媽(隻她一人）申請綠卡，寄了I130和I485以及其他支持材料，加上兩張支票 - $420 和$1070。今天所有東西被退回。

有兩張FormI797C ，一張Reject I130, 另一張Reject I485. 理由相同，上講：
The check amount is incorrect, or has not been provided. Please review the Form Instructions for fee information.Please resubmit the application/petition package with the appropriate fees to the address listed on the bottom of this page.

我支票title 寫的是： U.S.Department of Homeland Security.

網上查了I130和 I485的Fee，沒覺得錯.
-Is your mother 79 years old or more? If so, there is not biometrics fee of &85, and thus the I-485 filing fee is &985. Otherwise, it is USCIS mistake, thus you just explain it in the response letter and mail the entire original packet back to USCIS.
