請教各位老師：remove condition from marriage greencard

各位老師，
我去年10月底提交I751 remove condition，指模也打了，然後就沒聲音了。
打電話給USCIS，說打完指模會給一個新的application no.
那個no找不到了怎麽辦？

另外10月到現在5個月了，還沒聲音，正常嗎？
