朋友是綠卡，在美國給先生遞交的移民申請，當時他們夫婦都在美國，現在130 已經批準，需要交$120 ，因為夫婦雙方都寄了要交$120 的表格，是不是要分別交兩個$120.他們現在都在國內。
-Because the beneficiary is in China, she needs to apply for the immigration visa in China. Thus, she or her spouse needs to pay the fee to NVC. There are two kinds of fee for NVC, one is Affidavit of Support (AOS) Fee (i.e. I-864 processing fee), and another is immigration visa (IV) application fee. Just follow the NVC instructions to pay the fee, complete the application forms and provide the required documents by NVC.
