485pending用工卡問題，急！

工卡工作可以parttime 到5月底，保持H1B到五月初。485TSC pending 了三個月。7月生孩子，找工困難。EB1a。該用工卡還是H1B呀？謝謝！怕RFE雇傭狀態。
