幫朋友問有關於綠卡申請的問題：我朋友人在美國正準備申請結婚綠卡，她有個兒子在中國17周歲，是否能在她申請綠卡時同時申請兒子來美國。謝謝
-Yes if the marriage occurs before the child turns 18 years old.
