想申請妹妹，填寫130表格，有以下問題：

關於受益人的情況，14項問道

Arrival/Departure record: Date arrived


妹妹去年來過，現在不在美，所以這些地方leave it blank,是嗎？
-Right.

2. 關於受益人的情況，17項問道

17. list spouse and all children of your relative

妹妹目前離婚，要列出前夫的名字嗎？
-No.

還是隻是孩子的名字？
-Right. 

離婚會影響到將來孩子跟著一起移民嗎？
-No.

那將來再婚的配偶是否也可以一起移民呢？
-Yes.


即使在交130表時沒有這個配偶的名字？
-Correct.


3.像兄弟姐妹移民是不可以在美國國內等的，所以隻能選擇美國在中國的領事館，那麽下麵是該填Guangzhou, China?
-Correct.

幾個月前幫媽媽遞上了130 and 485 concurrent 申請，這一次信封裏隻有妹妹的130表格，那麽這一項leave it blank嗎
-Yes.

還是要寫出媽媽的名字？
-No.

填name是媽媽的名字嗎？
-Right.

place是我們居住的城市嗎?
-It is the USCIS Service Center where your I-130 was filed, such as Texas Service Center, Nebraska Service Center

date of filing 是I-130的notice date or receipt date呢？
-Receipt  date.

這兩個日期在130receipt上是有幾天差別的。 Result是填Pending還是case received?
-Pending.

媽媽的申請剛交上去，才收到打指紋通知。


6. 最後問一下，像妹妹這樣離婚，無論孩子判給誰，是不是將來都可以申請孩子一起移民呢？
-Right, but the child needs to be under the custody by your sister at the time the child applies for the immigration.

現在除了幫妹妹教130表格和親屬關係公證之類的材料，並不需要為妹妹的孩子交任何表格吧？
-Right.

一般130表格幾年會被批準呢？
-Case by case, normally about 5 years.

即使批準之後還要等排期才能遞交485是嗎？
-Right, but if your sister and her family are in China, they need to apply for the immigration visa, not file I-485.
