１。　在給我姐姐遞交綠卡申請時，要同時給她女兒遞交嗎？
-No.

２。　還是，等我姐姐拿到綠卡時，她女兒再申請，是嗎？
-Both can apply for the immigration visa at the same time.

３。　遞交後，姐姐就不能遞交旅遊探親簽證了，是嗎？（因為有移民傾向了，對嗎？）
-Normally it is fine because your sister needs to wait for a long time for the immigration visa application.

４。　如果先申請旅遊探親簽證，　然後再遞交綠卡申請，是不是就能讓我姐姐拿到綠卡前，也能憑簽證來美國呢？
-Also fine.
