急問:父母上次B2逾期不到1年,已過得7年,再次申請探親B2被拒

各位老師,

上次他們來美國9年前, 呆了近2.5年(隻延期過2次, 逾期11個月). 昨天簽B2被拒 :( 這種情況,如果再試,還有多大可能再申請到B2? 能辦旅遊嗎?
