移民申請批下來了，可以在廣州領館等麵簽，時間較長，有人說來美國比較快。又有說如果廣州通知繳費了，就不能來美國換485了，又有中介說沒有問題，都瘋掉了，元芳，你們如何建議？
-It is OK, but how do you enter US? Unless you use H-1/H-4 visa to enter US, you can not enter US using other visas such as B-1/B-2, etc. due to immigration intent, otherwise you may be considered visa fraud if you accidently enter US using B-1/B-2 visa to file I-485.
