老婆的H4延期四個月前file了，後來我的H1B extension approved
Jan 29, 2015 USCIS email說發了RFE,但是我到現在還沒收到

Feb 15, 做了SR, Feb 19, USCIS officer 回信說沒有退件
Feb 20 做了另一個SR，請求officer再發一個RFE
至今沒有回複

昨天去了infopass, 見了field officer, officer 給VSC發了個email查詢還沒有答複
關鍵是，根據USCIS的policy memo, I-539隻給30天回複，過期就deny了


請問8老師，我還有什麽辦法麽
給議員寫信，send congressional request 有沒有作用
USCIS網上說Feb 28沒收到的話，可以file e request.
那我file了的話，會不會reset 30 day response time.
-You have done what you can and sometimes USCIS just upset you and you can not do anything about it.. If you can not receive the RFE in time and thus, the H-4 is denied, then your spouse may just go to China to get the H-4 visa to come back.

還有兩天就到30天大限了，心急如焚
