我外娚accounting master。去年5月畢業。現在在找工作。他的opt8月到期。如果找到工作4月申請和1，8月和10月還有2個月的gap。這怎麽辦呢？
-As long as he gets the H-1 approval, his OPT will automatically be extended to Oct. 1, 2015. Talk to his School International Student Office after the H-1 is approved, and the Office will put his information into SEVIS and it will be fine.


謝謝啊。 還有，如果轉學生身份，有的學校"proprietary institutions with Degree-granting authoriyu(8) " 但是隻是accredited by accrediting commission of carrer schools and colleges(accsc) 辦f1 行嗎？
-Should be fine as long as the school can issue I-20.
