我現在可以拿著以前的那個1-20和這個I -797 轉H4嗎，好是需要和學校聯係，
-Yes, just file I-539 now, and then  after you get the I-539 filing receipt, then inform your school about it because your school need to report it in SEVIS. You don't need to pay the tuition.

交了學費有了正式的i-20 才可以提交H4 的申請。另外 H1 已經批準了。
