我父親上次來美延長2個月簽證。I-797A 表寫了valid date from 03/05/2013 to 05/01/2013. 然而護照本上沒有這個信息。護照本上的簽證issue date 是06/12/2012。

在DS-160 表上，我該如何填last visa issue date?
-Visa issue date means the date your father got the visa in the US Consulate last time (irrelevant to the extension of B-2 status).

因為是中信代簽，可能不收I-797A 表，所以擔心簽證官認為我爸逾期未準時回中國。
-Your father needs to provide the copy of the I-797A for the new visa application, and if he can not use 中信代簽, then he has to go for the visa interview personally.
