春節愉快,8老師,請問:130批了,485遲遲未批,但為什麽連一個臨時工卡也不給我呢?它應該給我的,對不對?謝謝!
-You need to file I-765 application for the EAD following the I-765 Instructions. Provide the copy of the I-485 receipt and there is not I-765 filing fee.
