急問，父親旅遊簽證類型填寫一欄請教，多謝！

我在為80歲高齡父親申請旅遊簽證。在DS160表裏，purpose of trip to US, 我選temp business pleasure visitor(B) , 可是 specify 卻有兩個分類：（1）business & tourism(temporary visitor (B1/B2)
                     (2) tourism/medical treatment(B2)
如選第二項，我擔心簽證官乆為我父親是來看病而拒簽。請問我該如何選擇？是選第一項，還是第二項？
