給老婆申請的H4延期在1.29號收到USCIS email通知RFE, 但是到今天還沒有收到mailed RFE,
請問8老師
1）RFE一般的回複時間是30天吧，
-Right.
過期不回複的話，USCIS會不會直接拒絕了H4 延期的申請
-Yes, they will deny the application if you do not respond to the RFE in time.
2）我可以打電話，讓移民局發個傳真的RFE給我單位麽？
-No. The H-4 application is irrelevant to the employer. But if your case was handled by a lawyer, sometimes USCIS may send it to the lawyer though normally the RFE is sent to the applicant directly.
3） 我可以到移民局地區辦公室直接walk-in麽, 沒有預約他們會接待麽
-Had better make an appointment, but if it is urgent, you may just walk-in.
4）因為我file H4的時候，H1b還沒有批準。我猜移民局是要H1b 的approval notice,
我可以把H1b的approval notice 和 H4 的receipt copy 寄給USCIS麽, if the above
approaches do not work? 還是必須要一個RFE的copy
-You have to provide the RFE when you send your response to USCIS. Without enclosing the RFE, normally USCIS may not accept your response (you even do not know what the RFE asks before you receive it). So, contact USCIS (calling, or visit local office) to see whether they have mailed the RFE out
