你好，



我父親是中國護照，這次探親來美，準備和我(綠卡)一起去墨西哥旅遊。



父親這次探親住了半年後，又作過一次延期，移民局把延期批準了， B2 延期到2015的

五月底(I-797A notice)。


定了行程後，忽然發現他的護照上的貼紙簽證(領事館出的)有效期至Jan 15/2015,

(過期的)，


現在急問一下入境墨西哥和回美國會不會有什麽麻煩？
-No problem to reenter US from Mexico as long as he returns to US within 30 days. Bring the I-797A notice with the I-94 and the passport for the travel. But I am not sure whether your father needs a Mexico visa to enter Mexico. So, you need to check the website of Mexico Embassy in US.
