今天見了律師，說LP 最好在收到B2的30 天以後file 485， 30/90 rule。

如果LP 收到job offer，也要等30天去邊境簽TN，
-No. Can go there any time.

然後再等30天 file 485？
-Not need for TN. But need to get TN first, then file I-485, otherwise, can not get TN after filing I-485 due to immigration intent.
