在申請CR1簽證的時候還可以用旅遊簽證b1進入美國嗎

美國公民在中國和中國公民結婚，在等待CR1簽證期間，如果不可以用B1/B2簽證來美國，問有什麽辦法可以解決二地分居，聽說CR1要等15個月，謝謝。
