我們的綠卡排期在下個月就到了（2月9日）因為母親年歲大，我提前預定了5月底的回國機票。今天朋友提到在485pending期間不能離境。我想請教一下，除了死等移民局發綠卡，還有其他什麽辦法能夠盡早拿到綠卡。謝謝！
-It seems you have filed I-485, right? If so, you need to have the approved advance parole (AP) to travel to China unless your current status is H-1/H-4 or L-1/L-2. You can go to the local USCIS office to apply for the emergency AP if it is too urgent for you to leave.
