老板沒錢了，同單位中換實驗室，要換title,但單位不想出錢辦H1B Amendment , 隻能用EAD了，可能我的綠卡排期3月或4月就要到了，1. 現在終止H1B,啟用EAD，會影響綠卡批準嗎？

2. 如果title從博士後變成technologist, 會影響綠卡的批準嗎？萬分感謝！
-It does not matter at this stage because USCIS normally will not check your job title due to no change of your employer.
