幫好朋友問一下：十年前通過K1簽證來美，兩年前離婚，現在能申請國內的男友婚姻移民來美國嗎？
-Yes in her case because it has been more than five years since she got her green card through her prior marriage.

有沒有離婚後必須要過五年後才能申請婚姻移民的限製？謝謝啊！
